wondering what to do with your coffee grounds besides composting them? Or maybe you’ve been looking for a way to put your leftover oat milk pulp to good use?

We came up with a body scrub recipe that combines the two, can be made from ingredients you already have in your home, and will make your body feel smooth and rejuvenated like never before!

I think most people know yarrow as a powerful herb for cleaning and healing wounds, and for its use in tinctures and other herbal medicines for a variety of ailments, but maybe you didn’t know it contains salicylic acid, a compound found in many popular anti acne products?

I use a potent, alcohol based infusion, which also includes thyme and chamomile, for skin emergencies (and it’s incredibly effective!), but since I foraged so much yarrow in Denmark this summer, I decided to make a milder toner for daily use based on witch hazel.

Gonna infuse it for about a month and that’s it, no other ingredients needed!

Excited to try my first fire cider ever! I’m always well stocked with homemade, immune boosting tinctures (plus I still mask up in public) but you can’t be too well prepared for winter, right? 🍋🧄🫚🧅🌶️

On my most recent (very quick) trip to Denmark, I was excited to find a different type of rosehip than the ones that grow by the house. One that ripens much later in the season! So because of that and us making several trips there this year, I now have two different types of rosehips to make moisturizer from this time (and I also made some tea that I haven’t tried yet, but it smells great!) 🌹

I’ve been growing and wild crafting things and m

I’ve been growing and wild crafting things and making tinctures for a long time now, but this year is my first growing a cbd strain cannabis plant (since that is now legal in Germany!) and first time making cbd oil 😳

The plant was unfortunately cut short, literally, by thieves who for whatever reason wanted to steal that 🤷🏼but it still turned out pretty great, and I’m already growing a second plant in my greenhouse now. More on that later!

I’ll let you know if the oil has the desired benefits when I’ve tried it out a few more times, but I can say that growing the plant and making the oil was super rewarding!

Let’s hope it can bring this non smoker some much needed chill too 😂
