Returns & shipping
Shipping
Our products can on occasion be made to order, so please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed, if that is the case.
For all other orders that are in stock, please allow up to 7 days for processing.
We ship orders once a week.
Normal shipping times are usually between 1 to 3 business days within Germany, for all other EU countries delivery time can range from 3-8 days. Shipping to the North America usually takes about 8 days, but that and other countries outside of the EU can occasionally take up to 2 months.
We are not responsible for, or in control of, shipping times and shipping delays, especially due to Covid19.
Your shipping fee includes a tracking number for your package, but does NOT include any kind of import taxes or fees for customers located outside of the EU.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or cannot be delivered due to an invalid address. Please double check all your information when checking out. Reshipping a package that has been returned due to an invalid address will require a second shipping fee.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, the packaging unopened, and in the same condition you received it in.
Due to the nature of the product and packaging, talisman sprays cannot be returned.
To initiate your return, please email treehausbotanicals@gmail.com. Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider getting a tracking number for return shipping, we are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, and will not refund items that haven’t been returned to us.
Refunds are only applicable if the item you received was broken or somehow misrepresented.
Sale items/items purchased using a coupon code cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, please contact treehausbotanicals@gmail.com immediately if that is the case, and include clear photographs of the item in question.
