Foraging for ingredients…


Now that autumn has really set in, I’m already starting to look forward to spring and summer, and foraging for some of my favorite plants by the danish seaside.

although many plants are available in berlin, Yarrow, nettle, sea artemisia, and rose hips are some of the plants i always find plenty of in denmark, as you can see.
