Ground is a fresh and airy, but complex scent comprised of a proprietary blend of essential oils, all picked for their calming and relaxing qualities, as well as their ability to complement each others aroma. Ground has notes of calming chamomile and lavender, a base of ylang ylang and benzoin, and a fresh, citrusy note courtesy of yuzu, a fruit known for its ability to reduce tension and anxiety.
Ground can be your daily fragrance of choice, or you can layer it throughout the day with other Talisman Sprays.

Use Ground around your altar or ritual space, spray it on yourself or your mat before and during your yoga practice, use it when meditating and regulating your nervous system, and around your bed as part of your pre-sleep routine for winding down at the end of the day.
